File Mgmt. system
The File Management System was implemented to make the internal file structure similar to that of projects. The structure is, therefore, based on the PMI knowledge Areas in the construction extension.
I was involved from proposing a structure, designing meta data tags, setting up access groups and template structure as well as the front end view. The structure has led to:
